Roles and Responsibilities
• Regional Credit Manager Agri will take decisions on Loan applicants based on policies of the bank.
• He / She will be responsible for preparing credit proposal requests to senior management.
• Responsibilities include interacting with HNI clients for obtaining additional credit information to support credit limits.
• Supervising a team of 4 – 5 credit managers, managing external agencies for field verification and lawyers.
• Monitor portfolio of the region including analysis of delinquent accounts and recommendations for resolution.
