Solution Manager – Agri & Rural Banking Credit
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Planning for Agri & Rural Banking Credit of the Bank i.e. Rural Business Credit (RBC) & Commodity Based Finance (CBF) Agricultural Commodities Products.
- Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing Business processes in line with the pre-set guidelines. Have earned a deep insight of movement / marketing of wide range of agricultural commodities and development of business in most parts of given part.
- Conceptualized and implemented aggressive restarting expansion plans of RBC and CBF Agricultural Commodities Products in the Gujarat Region with huge challenges for identifying, acquiring & retainining potential Rural Business Credit (CC, OD, ACL,TL) & Commodities Based Finance (Pledge Loans, Demat Funding, OD) clients to generate business volume with good portfolio.
- Candidate should have excellent time management skills with proven ability to work independently and quickly prioritize, coordinate and consolidate tasks, whilst simultaneously managing the diverse range of function from multiple sources.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A
