Job Responsibilities –
Candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, assigned for various products and services.
Candidate should cross sell new product and service opportunities to customers.
Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business & follow various internal guidelines of the bank.
Resolve customer grievance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria –
Candidate should be Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience from any industry.
MBA and Engineers please do not apply.
Age should be less than 29 years.
The incumbent will be on permanent rolls of the bank.
