3. Emoluments, Probation and Bond
Salary & Grade – MMGS II – 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100
Probation Period – Selected candidates will serve a probation period from the date of joining the Bank as determined by the Bank in terms of Officers Service Regulation (OSR).
Bond Amount – Candidates selected for appointment up to Scale IV will execute a Financial Service Bond for Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees One lac) for rendering service for a minimum period of 3 years.
4. Selection Process – Candidates will be selected based on performance in Personal Interview.
Candidates will be shortlised for the interview on the basis of information provided in online application & documents forwarded along with it.
