Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Accepting Cash and disbursing cash to customers ensuring the following:
a. Operation of the accounts is as per the mode of operations specified.
b. Signatures tally with the specimen signatures on the form or sign anywhere package.
c. Obtaining authorization of the appropriate official for payment of cheques beyond the passing powers.
2. Tallying of cash and maintaining cash in the cash chest.
3. Inter account and Inter branch transfers.
4. Manually preparing collection schedule for outstation cheques and bills, passing contra entries in the system at the time of booking and realizations.
5. Purchasing cheques and bills, maintaining registers for cheques and bills purchased, sending them for collection.
6. Checking of following reports for the transactions done by Executive Operations to ensure maker checker concept:
a. TODBYBATCH report
b. Inward and Outward Clearing Report
c. Deposit Deals Matured on a day
d. Deposit deals rolled over on a day
