Desired Profile :
Education: MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing) / Post – Graduate preferred
Experience: Minimum 6 years experience
Age: Not more than 35 years

Key Skills :
Ability to manage a team & Strong leadership skills.
Good Analytical , Presentation and Communication skills.
Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments).
Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes.
He/She should possess strong leadership skills, service orientation and result orientation
The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Banking products.

Key Role & Responsibilities :
Fully responsible for Branch P & L revenue & cost
Sales generation CASA & Third Party Wealth Products
Responsible for Branch Banking, HNI segment and handling business activities of the Branch.
Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.
