Job Details
Position Executive HR (on a contract payroll with the bank).
* Job involves hand holding all the new joinees, generation of appointment letter and conduct all pre-joining verifications and checks.
* Complete HR processes for the existing employees e.g. confirmation, transfers, and maintain the updated employee details in the HRIS.
* Conduct Exit Interviews and Manage the exit process for the employees.
HR MIS & Reports
– Responsible for release of Monthly / Fortnightly and Weekly reports for all New Joiners & Exit.
– Update the Recruitment Dashboard as per the approved Manpower budget.
Job Responsibilities
Preparing Offer / Appointment Letters, medical follow up.
Handling Joining Formalities of the candidates.
Preparing employee files on line in system & hard copy.
Handling full and final settlement of candidates.
Candidates required with operations experience. Candidates with hard core experience in operations who wish to move in HR are welcome to apply.
Salary: INR Less Than 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 P.A
