1) Domain Experts on Contract
Objective and Scope of Work for the Consultant
a) Risk Profit Template – Develop Template for different type of risks, capable of generating and objective measure of ‘net risk’ for the bank by considering the inherent risk and existing controls for each type of risk. The consultant has have to study the risks under different categories and suggest measures to manage such risks.
b) Investment & Treasury Management – Develop strategy and plan for investment for better and high returns.
c) Asset and Liability Management – Based on the experience and resources work on asset and liabilities management of the JSCB on regular basis.
Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a professional of high repute with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• The applicant should have a proven track record of handling Credits and Treasury Management of Bank.
• The Applicant should have adequate Knowledge resources to handle this type of Assignment.
2) Marketing Expert
MBA in Marketing required for designing the overall marketing strategy, building integrated marketing campaigns and instituting standard marketing processes across verticals. Marketing Expert will be working with various internal groups or business units and external partners.
Experience
• Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification Officer Level experience preferably in Banking Sector (Age 45 years).
• Significant experience in Field Marketing, working closely with Sales Teams.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated business-to-business marketing campaigns.
• Candidate should have good communication skills, well spoken with excellent writing skills.
• Candidate with experience in marketing of Automation and CRM Tools preferred.
Role / Responsibilities
• The incumbent will be responsible for handling all the business activities of the Branch.
• He / She should possess strong leadership skills, target oriented approach, and a strong focus on achieving deadlines.
• He / She will be responsible for generating marketing and sales qualified leads and enabling business growth.
• Applicant should possess comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Banking Products (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments) and exposure to Banking Operational Processes.
3) HR Consultant
Masters Degree in HR Management required for developing and implementation of strategies to ensure alignment of all employees with business strategy.
In order to carry out the position of Human Resource Manger successfully, candidate will ideally posses the following skills, qualification and experience:
Qualification
• Knowledge and Experience of HR Management in business environment, including the ability to plan, manage and implement people strategies
• Knowledge of Banking Relation and surrounding legal issues, with the ability to advice on relevant matters.
• Professional attitude, excellent grooming standards, clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Age should be around 45 years.
