• Candidate has to cross sell bank products to existing set of Corporate Salary customers.
• He / She will handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients.
• Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products – enhancement of customer value
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Penetration of group / family account of the existing mapped base.
• Tracks customer complaints / queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate.
• An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers.
