Relationship Manager job involves recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
He / She should be able to handle various loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
Should have expertise in rendering guidance to the clients and negotiate (commercially) for loan products.

Candidate Profile
Should have strong relationship building as need to interact with various RL Branches & DSA/Channels for business.
Should be well versed with local language (Tamil)
Should have 2 – 5 years experience and knowledge in secured & non-secured loan.
