1. Credit Officers
Eligibility: Post Graduates / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CAIIB / Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA will be additional qualification.
Experience: Candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Credit Management, including appraisal, assessment, sanction and post sanction monitoring of Bank advances in Corporate / SME segment including imports and Exports / Trade Finance.
Age: Max 30 to 35 years.
Job Location: Chennai and other metros. Selected candidates shall be placed in appropriate grade depending on their experience and potential.
2. Branch Heads
Eligibility: Post-Graduation or Graduation with CAIIB / ICWA.
Experience: Candidate must have minimum 7 years in Banking Experience with 5 years as Branch Manager in any private Bank or Nationalized Bank, with experience in customer acquisition, Credit Sourcing, Appraisal, Credit Monitoring and achieving set targets.
Age Group: 30 to 35 years
Job Location: Proposed branches at Delhi, Karnal, Haryana, Jaipur, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Marmugoa, Mahasamund, Bhatapara, Panaji, Talgaria.
3. Inspector Of Branches
Eligibility: Graduates / CAIIB, CA, MBA, LLB, CISA will be added as advantage.
Experience: Candidate must have minimum 7 year’s experience in any Nationalized/Private Sector Bank of which atleast 2 years as Branch Manager / Credit Manager and minimum 2 years experience in Branch Inspection under CBS environment and Risk Based Internal Audit.
Age Group: 40 to 50 years
Job Location: Candidates should be willing to undertake travel to various branches for carrying out inspection of branches.
Remuneration would be attractive on CTC basis and commensurate with deliverables.
