Nainital Bank Recruitment 2013 – Specialist Officers

The Nainital Bank Limited, a private sector bank based in Nainital Uttarakhand, has over 100 branches in Rajasthan, Delhi and Haryana states, invites applications for the post of Specialist Officers.

(1) Law Officer in Officers Grade / Scale-II
No of Vacancies – 1
Pay Scale – Gross Salary Rs. 39,210/- plus perks.

Eligibility:
1. Age – Less than 35 years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification – Professional degree in Law with minimum of 55 percent marks from recognized University.
3. Experience – Minimum 3 years experience in the Law Department of a Bank. Handle legal matters at corporate Office.

(2) Risk Management Officers in Officers Grade / Scale-II
No of Vacancies – 2
Pay Scale – Gross Salary Rs. 39,210/- plus perks.

Eligibility:
1. Age – Less than 35 years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 60 percent marks from recognized University.
3. Qualification – Master’s Degree in Business Administration / PG Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management / Finance.
4. Experience – Minimum 3 years experience in related.

(3) Marketing Officers in Officers Grade / Scale-I
No of Vacancies – 5
Pay Scale – Gross Salary Rs. 29,765/- plus perks.

Eligibility:
1. Age – Less than 28 years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 60 percent marks from recognized University.
3. Qualification – Candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration / PG Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing Management.
4. Experience – Minimum 3 years in the related field.

(4) Personnel Officers in Officers Grade / Scale-I
No of Vacancies – 2
Pay Scale – Gross Salary Rs. 29,765/- plus perks.

Eligibility:
1. Age – Less than 28 years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification – Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 60 percent marks from recognized University.
3. Qualification – Candidate with Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management.
4. Experience – Minimum 3 years in the related field.

(5) Executive in Grade / Scale-IV (Information Technology) on Contractual Basis for initial period of 2 years.
Consolidated Monthly Payment – Rs. 65,000

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with 60 percent marks from a recognized university.
Candidates who are Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT discipline preferred.
2. Professional Qualification – B.E / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / Electronics) / MCA / BCA / Courses from C-DAC in Co Curricular Diploma in Advance Computing / Advance Diploma in Information Technology/ Courses from Computer Society of India in Software Engineering / Data Communication and Networking / Rational DBMS & Client / Server Computing.
3. Age – Less than 65 years as on 31.03.2013.
4. Experience – Minimum 10 years experience in IT industry.

(6) Executive in Grade / Scale-IV (HR & IR) on Contractual Basis for initial period of 2 years.
Consolidated Monthly Payment – Rs. 65,000

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with 60 percent marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Professional Qualification – Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration with specialization in HR / PGDPM. An additional degree in Law will be preferred.
3. Age – Less than 65 years as on 31.03.2013.
4. Experience – Minimum 25 years experience in HR &/or IR & or Vigilance/& or Staff Administration.
