– Candidate must have good understanding of Banking products and services.
– Managing customers over phone, providing financial planning and achieve revenue target.
– He / She have to advise customers on product details and ensure high degree of satisfaction.
– Candidate should be good at relationship building with the customers.
– Responsibilities include on boarding, regular engagement with the customer to ensure channel activation and cross sell bank products.
– Excellent communication skills, especially over phone.
