Job Responsibilities
• Personal Banker will meet the number of accounts, productivity and CASA targets.
• Achieve Fixed Deposit, Value target and cross-selling of banking products.
• Tapping potential clients, maintaining relationship with them and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery norms.
• Conduct activities and lead generation camps for fulfillment by self.

Additional Responsibilities
Catchment Mapping – Identify and map key areas which meet Ratnakar Bank profile customers.
Maintain relationship with all new clients for further enhancement in value.
Conduct activities as per plan with BSM/BM.
Keep himself / herself updated with regards to changes in product features and interest rates for FD, etc.
Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.

Candidate Profile
• Graduates with Customer Service and Sales experience into Retail Banking.
• NISM & IRDA certification required.
• Good communication skills, male candidate is preferred.
