Job Profile
Candidate responsibility is to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the Bank on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of the team of officials in the Legal Department for all issues related to title of property, documentation, title search, charge creation, mortgages, Cersai & ROC creation, etc.
He / She must be conversant with subjects like contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing, mergers / acquisitions and Co-operative laws.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should be a thorough legal professional possessing qualification of LLB / LLM.
Should be around 40 years of age with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Banking Sector.
Age relaxation will be applicable for deserving candidates at the discretion of the Management.
Selection Procedure
Shortlisted Candidates will be called for an Interview.

I want to know that when will the result come for the csr post in sham rao vitthal bank.
I appeared for d interview for that post and waitng for the final result.there is no information on bank’s website about final result. I gave interview on 1st feb 2014.
