Roles & Responsibility
Maximize sales performance to achieve the sales target of the Branch for:
• Liability Products [Current / Savings / Term Deposits]
• Investment Services
• Credit Cards
• Ensure effective Relationship Management by monitoring the movement of the top customers of the branch.
Customer Service
• Ensure all branch processes are followed as per laid down guidelines
• Monitor CSS ratings and ensure continuous improvement if below bench-mark
• Monitor and track transaction volumes and ensure effective transaction migration to non branch channels
Operations and Compliance
• Ensure minimum grading of 2 in all internal / RBI / MESA audits conducted at the branch.
• Ensure compliance to all Operations health documents like KCD/KRI/OPS manual.
