Job Description
– Client Service Assistant will deliver 1st class customer service and advice to Wholesale Banking clients for all transaction enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
– He / She will be serve as primary contact person for internal and external customers with regards to enquiries, complaints, advice etc.
– Work with Regional Managers, Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders.
– Build relationships and bonding with clients at the transaction / operational level.
Key Responsibilities
– Client Satisfaction with service arrangements and delivery.
– Responsible for effective service recovery process through complaint logging and handling.
– Identify opportunities to improve client efficiency / performance, through product solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
– Candidate should be a Graduate, a Good team player with the ability to prioritize and make appropriate decisions.
– He / She should have Knowledge of Banking principles, Substantial working knowledge of Cash, Trade and FX products.
– Candidate should be able to adapt services to changing requirements, identify and realize an opportunity for improvement.
– Interaction with people at all levels in an organization.
– Job Location will be Mumbai
