Job Details
* Candidate has to ensure high level of processing efficiency and accuracy in work, prompt resolution of customer queries.
* He / She should ensure changes in Internal Operating Procedures & exchange control guidelines are understood and applied appropriately.
* Processing and decision making as per the departmental Operating instructions manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.
* There should be continuous improvement in productivity to the standards prescribed for the process from time to time.
* Ensure funding of accounts are accurate and without delay.
* Ensure proper KYC and AML Checks/Verification are performed as per procedure while opening new accounts/Insurance and Investment applications and actioning other Customer instructions.
* Perform back up for Logistics desk and Ensure requests from PHB for logistics services are actioned on time /meet TAT
* Ensure proper control over the DD and Cashiers Order.
* Charges recovered promptly as per Schedule of Charges.
Customer Interface:
* Provide superior service to various internal customer groups.
* Ensure errors are rectified immediately on identification.
Compliance Function:
* Compliance with all applicable rules/regulations requirements of Company and Group policies.
* Upholding Values of the Group and Company at all times.
* Comply with group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious transactions to line managers.
