Relationship Manager should market and manage the relationships of existing customers and prospect names on a consultative approach by understanding the customer’s business with the aim of enhancing revenues, identifying opportunities and providing value added solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Candidate must develop account plans for customer relationships with revenue and value-add objectives.
• He / She is responsible for developing profitable and quality business to ensure profit targets as agreed are met, if not exceeded.
• Regularly upgrade and innovate sales techniques to maximize productivity.
• Contribute to the team’s business plans for the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas and cross selling of products
• Prepare call plans prior to customer visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Customer Value Proposition.
• Jointly recommend credit for approval by relevant approving authorities.
• Candidate must identify and generate prospect opportunities.
• Cross sell products of our bank i.e. Cash management, Salary accounts, Insurance products, FX, CA, TD and Investment Products and increase the share the wallet for allocated accounts.
• Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention & KYC.
People Management
• Manage / Motivate and develop Relationship Managers.
• Implement Sales training programs, recruit develops and retain the best talent from the market place.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
