Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Process Standard Transactions accurately and in lesser time span.
* Ability to handle complex / exceptional transactions within set process standards.
* Identify opportunities for customer to use alternative channels to meet needs.
* Manage Cash deposits & Cash withdrawals.
* Demand Draft / Pay Order instructions (accepting and processing).
* Accepting instructions for Fixed Deposits.
* Contribute to branch performance through referrals and efficient customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Queue waiting time per customer.
* Accuracy of transactions.
* Number and conversion of referrals.
* Customer satisfaction scores.
* Number of complaints & compliments.
Knowledge & Experience
* Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with 1 – 4 years of similar experience.
* Candidate must have understanding of front and back office processes and procedures.
* Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills required.
* Team playing ability and Customer Oriented.
