1) Recruitment of Agriculture Officers 2014
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have Degree in Agriculture or Allied specializations such as Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Agriculture Engineering from recognized university.
Age Criteria: Maximum 30 years as on May 31st 2014 ( i.e born on or after – June 01st 1984)
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
Cadre, Pay & Allowances: Selected candidates shall be posted in Scale I cadre.
CTC: Asst Manager (Scale I) – Rs. 3,53,730/- p.a.
In addition, candidate will be eligible for facilities like Gratuity, Pension, Leave Encashment, and Leave Fare Concession for self & dependent family members, Hospitalization Expenses for self & dependent family members, group insurance etc as applicable under Bank’s rules.
2) Recruitment of Chartered Accountants 2014
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be Chartered Accountants (CA)
Age Criteria: Maximum 35 years as on May 31st 2014 (i.e born on or after – June 01st 1979)
Experience – Scale II: Minimum 2 years working experience in Banking / FIs / Foreign / reputed investment Bank preferably in processing Corporate Proposals / Project Appraisal / Risk Management / Treasury / Foreign Exchange / Merchant Banking etc.
Experience – Scale III: Minimum 5 years working experience in Banking / FIs / Foreign / reputed investment Bank preferably in processing Corporate Proposals / Project Appraisal / Risk Management / Treasury / Foreign Exchange / Merchant Banking etc.
Completion of JAIIB / CAIIB will be an added advantage.
Cadre, Pay and Allowances: Selected candidates shall be posted in Scale II cadre or Scale III cadre depending on their experience.
CTC: Manager (Scale II) – Rs. 4,66,260/- p.a.
Senior Manager (Scale III) – Rs. 6,15,570/- p.a.
In addition, candidate will be eligible for facilities like Gratuity, Pension, Leave Encashment, and Leave Fare Concession for self & dependent family members, Hospitalization Expenses for self & dependent family members, group insurance etc as applicable under Bank’s rules.
3) Recruitment of Law Officers 2014
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be Graduates in Law with minimum 50 percent marks or Law Post Graduation.
Age Criteria: Maximum 35 years as on May 31st 2014 (i.e born on or after – June 01st 1979)
Experience – Scale I: Practicing as an Advocate for a period more than 4 years in Civil / DRT cases.
Experience – Scale II: Persons having work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution for atleast 3 years as an Officer in Legal Department will be given preference. Completion of JAIIB / CAIIB will be an added advantage.
Cadre, Pay and Allowances: Selected candidates shall be posted in Scale I cadre or Scale II cadre depending on their experience.

Manager (Scale II) – Rs. 4,66,260/- p.a.

4) Recruitment of SME / Industrial Finance / Retail Loans Officers 2014
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be Post Graduates (M.Com / MBA) with 1st Class from recognized university in regular college course.
Age Criteria: Maximum 35 years as on May 31st 2014 (i.e born on or after – June 01st 1979)
Experience – Scale I: Minimum 3 years experience with a public sector bank in Scale I cadre with exposure to SME / Industrial Finance / Retail loans. Completion of JAIIB / CAIIB will be an added advantage.
Cadre, Pay and Allowances: Selected candidates shall be posted in Scale II cadre.
CTC: Manager (Scale II) – Rs. 4,66,260/- p.a.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will selected through a Personal Interview.
