Designation : Senior Officer / Assistant Manager
Job Description : Applicant will be responsible for smooth day to day operations of all Retail Liabilities related activities through active coordination and execution of the core tasks i.e. i.e. Account document verification, follow-up with branches on pending items, account opening, life-cycle management, account closure, deliverables management etc.
Job Responsibilities :
• Verify transactions as per the agreed service standards & approved procedures;
• Highlight any internal errors committed by the team & take necessary action
• Verify & publish various MIS, business newsletters, management reports, presentations as per business requirements;
• Effective customer service, maintain & update error ratchet, customer complaints tracker along with a corrective & preventive action plan;
• Escalate any issues / complaints to the business head in a timely manner;
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services;
• Support the unit managers in preparation of any audit related deliverables i.e. internal / external, ISO, Regulatory, Statutory, etc. Attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately;
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey in consultation with the business head & ensure that actions plans devised plan based on the feedback received are executed on a timely manner;
• Be aware of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards;
Qualification & Experience :
• Graduate / Postgraduate, or MBA or CA from a recognized university / premium business school.
• Graduate / M.Com with 3 – 6 years of experience or MBA / CA with 2 – 4 years of experience in Retail Liabilities operations.
• Knowledge of Flex cube KYC requirements and deliverables management will be an added advantage.
• Fully conversant with MS-Office
• Experience in system automation will be considered an added advantage.
• Good Numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be open to working flexi hours.
