Candidate should possess thorough knowledge of credit appraisal including Balance Sheet analysis.
He / She has to be well conversant / updated with the Co-operative Banks’ Rules and Regulations as well as the Bank’s Credit / Risk Policy, RBI’s Monetary Policy.
Job involves preparing Risk Notes for various credit proposals giving the risk perspective on the credit proposal along-with mitigants to be suggested so as to safeguard Bank’s interest.
The candidate will have to view the credit appraisal notes beyond the parameters considered by the Credit Department, taking into account the industry, market and economic conditions, affecting the business involved.He/She will also be responsible for drafting Credit / Risk Policy to be reviewed every year.
2) Head – Credit Department
Work Profile
Candidate should possess thorough knowledge of credit appraisal including Balance Sheet analysis – Retail as well as Commercial credit proposals.
He / She has to be well conversant / updated with the Reserve Bank of India guidelines, Co-operative Banks’ Rules and Regulations as also the Bank’s Credit / Risk Policy.
Candidate will be responsible for placing credit proposals to different sanctioning authorities. He / she will be also be responsible for monitoring, pre and post disbursement inspection, supervision and control of Credit Portfolio and will ensure that quality of assets are maintained. He/She will coordinate with the marketing department for ensuring achievement of set targets. He /She will help all branches to drive their business.
3) Head – Marketing Department
Work Profile
Candidate should possess thorough knowledge of banking assets as well as liability.
He should be well versed with all RBI directives, rules and regulations of Co-operative banking.
Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, developing, executing the plans / targets set by the bank for business development.
He / She shall act as an expert on all matters relating to marketing, planning, implementation and management to facilitate the marketing strategy into actionable plans.
He will also be required to Support Branch Manager’s in the creation of overall business development strategy and provide support as needed for the day to day implementation of marketing plans, including campaign management etc. He will be assigned specific targets and will be responsible for achieving the same.
