Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will: Be/become an expert using “Best in Class” expense management systems – Ariba and Concur.
Be able to deal with client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Interact with AP colleagues in India & abroad, as well as build strong stakeholder relationships.

Specific Tasks include:
Audit and validate the accuracy and completeness of invoice content.
Provide professional client services to internal and external clients via phone, email and meetings.
Ensure timely vendor and TNE reimbursement payments.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and Asia Pacific Expense Standards.
Help resolve vendor invoice and TNE payment issues.
Prepare and analyze operational reports.
Liaise with Auditors and support the implementation of Process Improvement Initiatives.
Participate in UAT to ensure system functionality & business requirements are met.
Provide training to LOBs on using ARIBA & CONCUR.
Retreival of vouchers during statutory Audit/ Inventory sheet- includes Pre Ariba cases
Filing of eTDS Returns & WCT Returns
Dispatching of TDS and WCT Certificates.
Retreival of TDS certificates for prior years

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have a degree in Accounting (CA / Graduate with Accounts degree) with 3 – 5 years of work related experience.
Excellent Excel spreadsheet capabilities and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Should be confident, with excellent spoken and written English and a Good team player.
