Job Profile:
Credit Analyst Job includes underwriting of Mortgages and Business Installment Loan applications. Exercise delegated authority diligently in line with group and regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Managerial – Candidate will work closely with the Product Management, Sales, Credit Processing and Operations teams to ensure uniform understanding of the bank strategy and implementation steps to achieve the same. Highlight and discuss portfolio issues with product management and other related functions.
2) Financial – Tracking portfolio performance through detailed segment level MIS to understand the variations in performance across geographies and portfolio segments.
3) Operational – Track Post Disbursement Documents collection through operations team and ensure that all documents related to creation of security in case of Property backed facilities are collected before any disbursement. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements with respect to processes and reporting.
Job Location: Delhi, Mumbai
Candidate Skills: Candidate should have experience in underwriting with Multinational / PSU / Private Banks. Candidate should be well versed with lending norms and competitive practices on Secured and unsecured lending. He / She should be experienced in interacting with different teams.
