HSBC is seeking an ambitious individual to join in the role of Account Opening Officer – HSBC Technology and Services, GSD.
• Account Opening Officer will efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
• He / She has to maintain high standards of audit & compliance requirements.
• Acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards.
• Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures related to relevant processes.

Educational Qualifications
• Graduates / 12th pass certificate 5 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must have excellent English communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• He / She should have the ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (BPO experience an added advantage)
