Job Purpose
* Meet Business Objectives, Achieve Sales Target & Deepen Customer Relationship.
* Fulfill corporate employees banking needs including payroll & other retail products.
* Improve Process, Reducing Non Funding, Sales Error & Increase the Premium Sourcing.
* Generate Referrals for Banking Products such as Investments, Mortgages, Credit Cards etc.
* Operational Quality – Errors free customer application & documentation.
* Practice Appropriate Sales and Marketing Techniques.

Risk Assurance
* Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
* Adhere to Policies, Guidelines and Procedures; comply with local regulatory requirements.
* To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
* Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with minimum 1 year experience in FMCG Sales, Office Automation or Retail Banking.
* Handling Deposit Products of Bank would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
* Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
* Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
