Key Roles & Responsibilities
– Primary point of contact for external clients, build relationships with clients and resolve complaints, discrepancies & transactional errors.
– Provide first class customer service in response to client enquiries and complaints, so as to create improved, lasting relationships with clients.
– Responsible for client satisfaction, effective service recovery process through complaint logging and handling.
– Maintain a professional Standard Chartered Bank image through all interactions with clients.
– Work with Relationship Managers, Product Sales and Operations to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver the bank.
– Identify opportunities to improve client efficiency / performance, through service improvements, product solutions, and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
* Candidates should be a Graduates / Post Graduates with 1 – 4 years of work experience, preferably banking sector.
* Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
* Should be a good Team Member with Customer and Service Orientation.
* Candidates should be Graduates with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
* Prior experience in Customer Service function preferred.

Selection Procedure
– Candidate may require you to undertake an online talent assessment test in addition to completing the application form.

  2. Hello ma’m, most of the job openings are always for other cities. Why is it so less in Assam? All the banks are situated here… yet it looks like they never hire or have a opening at all!?
