Job Description
Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for smooth daily operations of all Retail Liabilities related activities through active coordination and execution of the core tasks –
1) Account Document Verification
2) Follow-up with branches on pending items,
3) Account Opening
4) Life Cycle Management
5) Account Closure
6) Deliverable Management etc.

Job Responsibilities
• He / She shall verify transactions as per the agreed service standards & approved procedures;
• Candidate must highlight any internal errors committed by the team & take necessary action;
• Candidate must verify & publish various MIS, business newsletters, management reports, presentations as per business requirements;
• He / She must ensure effective customer service and escalate issues to the business head in a timely manner;
• Participate in launch and implementation of any new Products and Processes;
• Candidate should be aware of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards;
• Maintain personal & team discipline (timings, attendance etc) in the office;
• Act as an effective back up in the absence of peers handling other processes with in the same team.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduates /Post Graduates / MBA / CA (Chartered Accountant) from a recognized university/premium business school.
• Graduate / M.Com with 3 – 6 years of experience or MBA / CA with 2 – 4 years of experience in Retail Liabilities operations.
• Knowledge of Flex Cube KYC requirements and deliverables management will be an added advantage.

Other Skills
• Candidate should be fully conversant with MS-Office; experience in system automation will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Business communication Skills, Good Numerical, Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should possess self initiative, should be well organized with high Energy levels.
• Should be open to working flexi hours.
